One Stop Board Shop's Returns/Refund policy:

Boards - All boards are Final Sale.

Accessories - We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 5% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched, or otherwise not in the original condition of sale may be denied the return. Please contact us to issue an RMA. Please return items with all accessories, hardware, and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction of your refund for what is missing.

Armor-Dilloz - All Armor-Dilloz tire protection products are Final Sale.

If you received a discount by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that discount if you do not return all items purchased. If you received a free item through a sale promotion, in order to receive a full refund, the free item must be included in the return.

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned and are nonrefundable. Other nonrefundable purchases include shop services, rental fees, lessons, custom orders, personalized orders, gift cards, gift certificates and other completed services.

Warranty for All Products - One Stop Board Shop is not responsible for any defect due to manufacturing and/or workmanship of the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty shall apply for any defect due to manufacturing and/or workmanship.

All acceptance of returns are subject to One Stop Board Shop's sole discretion.
